Swedish Massage- A very relaxing massage with light pressure and long strokes designed to put your body and mind at ease.

Shiatsu Massage- Is a finger pressure massage based on the Chinese meridian system. It is a medium pressure tissue massage and has many benefits. Can be performed clothed and on a pad on the floor.

Deep Tissue- This massage focuses on realigning the muscles and deep tissues. It is very helpful in chronic muscle tension and injury.

Reflexology- Is the art of massaging the feet, hands, and sometimes ears for benefit to other parts of the body.

Injury Massage- Is focused to help patients to recover from injury and help muscles regain movement.

Trigger Point- Focuses on specific areas that are "knotted up". The goal is to relieve the knot and bring relief to the effected area. This is not a pleasure massage.

Sport Massage- A massage performed before, during, and after sporting events. It is meant to warm the body up to prevent injury and allow blood flow for optimal performance. Involves stretching, warm-up, and cool down phases.

Structural Body Work- A longer massage to fix problem areas and realign the body to work as a single unit again. This is not a light massage.

Cranial Sacral Therapy- A physiological massage that involves a massage of the cranium (head) and spinal cord.

Acupressure- Much like acupuncture but with no needles. A very spiritual massage using energy points to relieve stress.

Chair Massage- Ideal for work environment and business functions. Performed in a massage chair and fully clothed. Sessions range from 15 to 30 minutes.
